This patient was diagnosed with aortic coarctation, the patient’s hypertension and murmur were likely caused by a previously undiagnosed coarctation of the aorta, the chest radiograph demonstrated an enlarged collateral intercostal arterial circulation that had caused notching of the inferior posterior rib margins, which was supportive of the diagnosis

They reveal the dynamic growth and recycling of dendrites and synapses as neurons establish relationships with each other. The social behavior of these cells creates the incredible properties of the mind and brain.
